  • Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over
  • Register just once and enter any of our competitions for FREE
  • Use your real name and details as well as a valid email address when registering
  • All our competitions are totally fair, honest and reliable & comply with UK regulations
  • Please be fair too, we don’t tolerate fake details, multiple accounts or other methods of cheating
  • We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties & therefore no 3rd party spam
  • Winners are notified quickly and we send the prizes out as soon as we can

  • We collect your first name, surname, email address, postcode and other relevant information which helps us to operate a fair prize draw.
  • We'll use this information by adding you to our list of interested members, send you regular email newsletters that include an op-out link and to let you know about our prize draws, competitions, offers and deals.  
  • The competitions and prize draws are open only to residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and verification may be requested. No purchase necessary.
  • Employees and contractors of PrizeDeck, immediate family members and anyone else professionally connected to the promotions are ineligible to enter.
  • Entrants can only register to PrizeDeck once using a valid email address and real name. If we suspect that an entrant is attempting to cheat by using multiple accounts and/or fake names then we will disqualify all their entries without further notice and they will be barred from using PrizeDeck in the future.
  • Where permitted, entries can also be made via Twitter. The entrant must follow PrizeDeck on Twitter and retweet (just once is required) one of the prize draw tweets during the promotional period. We make reasonable endeavours using Twitter’s API and our own technologies to track followers and retweets during the prize draw period. As Twitter is a 3rd party service, we can only collect and use what data is presented to us and therefore, cannot be held responsible for any data, such as followers and retweets, which we cannot view or access.
  • We will not be held responsible for any entries that are incomplete, erroneous, delayed, incorrectly delivered or not received for any reason.
  • It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. All published details of how to enter, form part of these terms and conditions.
  • Competition (where a correct answer is required) winners will be selected at random by an PrizeDeck.
  • Competition (where judging is required) winners will be selected by an independent third party.
  • Prize draw winners will be selected at random by PrizeDeck. All qualifying entrants are randomly placed in a list and the winner is drawn by using the random number generator at random.org.
  • Winners will be contacted by PrizeDeck as soon as reasonably possible after the closing date of the competition or prize draw.
  • Winners must provide PrizeDeck with their contact details (full name, email address, postal address and contact phone number), so that delivery can be arranged. If the winners do not reply within 14 days of notification, another randomly selected winner will be chosen.
  • Only the winning registered user may claim the prize.
  • Where a prize can be redeemed by voucher, gift card, voucher code or other redemption method, the expiry date is subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
  • Where a voucher, gift card, voucher code or other redemption method cannot be redeemed for any reason then it is the responsibility of the supplier and you will need to contact the supplier directly. 
  • A winner's first name, surname and county will be published on the website and may be shared on various media.
  • Winners may be requested to take part in the publicity of the promotion.
  • PrizeDeck will use any personal data submitted in relation to the prize draws or competitions in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use your personal data for the purposes of the administration of the competition or prize draw.
  • Products offered may be different to those pictured. Where a product is unavailable, a product of similar description or value will be provided instead. No cash alternative will be offered.
  • Where entry to a competition or prize draw requires a photo it will not be considered an eligible entry if it is deemed as rude, offensive, illegal or condoning dangerous behavior.
  • By submitting a photo to either PrizeDeck or via social platforms you:
    • (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and 
    • (ii) confirm the grant by you to PrizeDeck a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image including, without limitation, performers’ rights and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the image, so that PrizeDeck shall be entitled to use the photo in any and all media at no cost to PrizeDeck and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • PrizeDeck makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any of the goods services offered as prizes. PrizeDeck shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by PrizeDeck, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner, or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by PrizeDeck.    
  • The competitions and prize draws are governed by English law and adhere to the CAP code (the UK Code of non-broadcast Advertising, sales promotion and Direct Marketing) which can be accessed at https://www.asa.org.uk/type/non_broadcast/code_section/08.html
