If you are the lucky winner to receive this Gift Token, you will also be sent a letter with clear instructions on how to redeem it.  

Please redeem your gift tokens by:

• Contacting the Stay in a Pub office before choosing a place to stay via email at info@stayinapub.co.uk or by phone 01206 752571. They will require the following information: Your gift token number(s); its value; name of purchaser and your bank account details (sort code and account number)
• They will then credit your account to the value of your gift token within two working days, so they can help fund your accommodation stay
• Once the funds are in your bank, you can begin searching their website to find the perfect place to stay, and destroy your gift tokens 
• Stay in a Pub are under no liability should tokens be lost, stolen or damaged before they are redeemed. Keep them safe and treat them like cash.
