Flight delayed? Claim with FairFlight.

FairFlight

If you're flight has been delayed by more than three hours or your flight was cancelled, under EU rule 261/2004 you are often entitled to between £110 and £540 in compensation, per passenger. You can claim as far back as 6 years.

Flight problems and delays can happen and often do, but that doesn’t mean you have to accept them. FairFlight makes it incredibly easy to claim if you are entitled to compensation.

Why choose FairFlight?

  • Up to £540 in compensation – you can get up to 600 Euros for a successful claim, per passenger.

  • No fee unless you get compensated – they’ll check your flight free of charge and if you aren’t compensated by the airline, they won’t charge you anything.

  • Legal compensation – you are legally entitled to compensation if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours, within EU jurisdiction and in the past 6 years.

  • Customer satisfaction – although you may be entitled to compensation, the airlines often make it difficult and stressful trying to claim back the money that you are owed!

How it works:

Simply submit your flight info and FairFlight will tell you how much you could be entitled to.

They will then enforce your claim with the airline using their team of experts who are familiar with the law and the process of claiming.

Working on a no-win, no-fee basis FairFlight apply a 25% fee only once they have claimed your compensation.

We believe this is a fair service. Of course you could try this yourself but it can be both stressful and time consuming and this really does save you the hassle.

The flight delay regulations come from the EU and so apply until the UK leaves the union in March 2019. We don't yet know what will happen after that – but in the meantime, everything here still stands so take immediate action and start you claim today.

So if you have experienced a flight delay of more than 3 hours, within the EU jurisdiction and in the past 6 years, click on the FairFlight images/links now to get your claim started.
